HURON VALLEY AREA INTER-GROUP, Ypsilanti
The Huron Valley Area Intergroup is a service group organized in accordance with the Twelve Traditions and the AA Service Manual. Its purpose is to provide communication among AA groups and to provide services that are beyond the capabilities of any single group. Among its responsibilities are the publication of a local group directory, maintaining an answering service, keeping in contact with local institutional meetings, coordinating area-wide events in the AA community, providing AA speakers for community events and in assisting groups in obtaining AA literature.
