One visit to our shop in Santa Fe gives a pretty good sense of what we’re about. First, even finding your way to our door is tricky. Our shop is tucked back on a side street quite a distance from the main plaza. Even so, news of good chocolate spreads quickly in a town this size, and our little shop is always busy.
