I was in the Tunkhannock, Pa store to buy a Henry 22 cal. rifle and waited over 20 min's for someone to come to that department even after ringing the bell for service. 2 other customers got tired of waiting also and left the store. I talked to one of them before I left and he said he wanted a 30/30 or a 30/06. he already waited 20 mins. Both guns were in stock and would have been sold tonight.It was about 6:45 pm.I understand you are getting ready for black Friday but why not sell what people want when they are ready to buy?Are you that understaffed ?
